HEDA™ results are calculated and reported immediately as straightforward numerical values. There is no delay waiting for a professional to read an image. This is similar to other medical tests, such as for hearing and vision, where test numbers are generated, then compared to known normal limits.

 

Z-Tech has established benchmarks for HEDA™ numerical values so that a result below a pre-established cutoff point is diagnosed as HEDA™ Negative (no breast cancer), or if above the cutoff point, as HEDA™ Positive.
